Реферат:
The catalytic activity of the powders based on Ni-Mo/W nanoparticles in the decomposition reaction of trichloroethylene (TCE), leading to the production of carbon nanofibers (CNFs), was investigated. The initial alloy powders were obtained by joint electrical explosion of Ni/W and Ni/Mo/W wires in an argon/nitrogen atmosphere. The specific surface area of the powders varied from 3.9 to 6.1 m2/g. In all the cases, the Ni100-xW(Mo)x solid solution phases with a lattice parameter varied from 3.526 to 3.61 Å and the α-W and W3O phases were registered. The catalytic activity of the powders was tested in the catalytic pyrolysis of TCE. The powders produced in the nitrogen atmosphere exhibited a noticeably higher activity. Among these samples, the highest carbon yield of 18.5 g/gcat was recorded for an alloy of the Ni90W5Mo5 composition. The carbon nanofibers, resulting from the decomposition of TCE over the alloy powders, are 50–300 nm in diameter and up to 2 μm in length. The bulk density of the accumulated CNFs was found to be in the range of 65–115 g/L, while the specific surface area exceeded 130 m2/g.
