Реферат: The work is devoted to the development of the kinetic model for the process of oxidative regeneration of spent Co-Mo/Al2O3 hydroprocessing catalysts, containing coke deposited during operation and metal sulfides. The proposed modified kinetic model, based on the data of thermogravimetry experiments with variation of feed composition and temperature rise rate, accounts for separate oxidation of sulfides and two different forms of coke: the highly reactive light one and much less active heavy form, which also contains bonded organic sulfur. Water desorption was also considered. The proposed model, compared to the previous model with single coke form and sulfur only in sulfide form, decreases the average relative gas concentrations description error from 18,2% down to 8,3%, this being commensurable with the experimental concentration reproduction error (7,5%). The model gives the excellent prediction of the catalyst mass change with relative error as low as 0.81 % and good description of relative shifts of concentration peaks along the temperature scale under changing of temperature rise rate and explains the existence of two separate peaks of SO2 emission at different temperatures (one from metal sulfides oxidation with maximum at 250–275 °C and another one form oxidation of organic sulfur in heavy coke with maximum at 380–420 °C). These improvements will be of special importance in further application of the proposed kinetic model to adiabatic and semi-adiabatic catalyst beds in large-scale reactors, where the mentioned independent reactions will be bonded by heat interaction, potentially resulting in unexpected and potentially harmful regimes in commercial
