Реферат: Shaped γ-Al2O3-ZSM-5 composites with different zeolite content (0–95 wt%) were studied. The precursor of the alumina binder was a pseudoboehmite. The composite extruded samples were analyzed by XRD, IR spectroscopy, EDX mapping, and MAS NMR. The XRD method demonstrated a decrease in the intensity of the ZSM-5 reflexes in the extrudates compared with the physical mixtures, indicating a decrease in the relative crystallinity of the zeolite. A blue shift of the Si–O–T stretching mode in the zeolite was observed in the IR spectra of the extrudates; the position of the corresponding band was found to be linear with respect to the ZSM-5 content in the extrudates. This observation may indicate the dealumination of the ZSM-5 during the shaping process. The Si/Al ratio of the ZSM-5 in the composites was determined from 29Si MAS NMR, and an increase in the Si/Al ratio compared with the parent zeolite was demonstrated as a function of the ZSM-5 content in the extrudates. The radial crush strength of the extrudates exhibited a non-linear dependence on the ZSM-5 content and was non-additive with respect to γ-Al2O3 and ZSM-5 components. The maximum strength values were attained at ZSM-5 contents ranging from 10 to 30 wt%, which were higher than those observed for shaped γ-Al2O3.
