Abstract: The catalytic reduction of N2O by CO over Au/TiO2 catalysts prepared by direct anionic exchange method was studied. It has been demonstrated that the amount of Au loading and the calcination temperature of the support have a pronounced effect on the catalytic activity and stability of the Au-supported catalysts. The amount of Au loading was varied from 0.5 to 3 wt.%. Calcination temperature of the TiO2 was varied from 300 to 700 °C. The sample with 1 wt.% Au supported on TiO2 calcined at 550 °C was the most active in the reaction. The N2O conversion on the sample was complete over the temperature range from 25 to 250 °C.
