Abstract:
This article contains unfortunately a number of misprints:
(1) In footnote b of Table 1 the expression for I1 should read I1=⋯=−〈1,3|3,4〉 instead of I1=⋯=−〈,3|3,4〉.
(2) Tables 2 and 3 contain several misprints.
(3) Section 4 has been edited by the Publisher in a way that does not represent the intentions of the authors.
