Реферат: One of the modern trends of chromatography is the miniaturization of the analytical equipment. A successful way to carry out miniaturization is to use planar technologies based on methods developed for the creation of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). The most important part of any chromatographic system is a column, which determines both the quality and the separation time of the analyzed mixture. The review considers the methods of the deposition of stationary phases (SP) on the planar capillary column for gas chromatography. These methods are based on traditional methods for capillary gas chromatography, as well as borrowed from those used in planar technologies. The methods of stationary phase deposition for gas–liquid and gas–solid chromatography are described; also, a comparison of the prepared columns based on their chromatographic parameters is presented.
