Abstract: We wish to pose the problem of providing products of the fine organic synthesis for the State economy which is tightly connected with further development of organic chemistryWe believe the solution of this problem to be important inasmuch as 90% of materials necessary for a number of industries crucial for our country are chemical substances of small-scale production which are not manufactured in Russia. Official statistics shows that Russia imports all somewhat complex organic products; focused on the chemical manufacturing of the first and second conversion levels (petrochemistry and production of the basic chemical products) our country remains in fact raw material supplier for the developed countries in the field of chemical industry
