Abstract: The effect of chemical composition and Fe/Cr (Fe/Al) ratio on the extent of spinel structure tetrahedral distortion and on distribution of cations between tetrahedral and octahedral positions was systematically studied. The correlation between distribution of copper ions and catalytic behavior in low temperature WGSR was experimentally confirmed.
