Abstract: We investigated the possibility of producing composite materials based on multi-wall carbon nanotubes and polypropylene (MWCNTs/PP) by the in situ polymerization of propylene using Ti-Mg catalysts, pre-adsorbed on the surface of MWCNTs. Complex of physical and chemical methods revealed that the polymerization of polypropylene on these catalysts leads to the formation of enlarged PP blocks formed by the interaction of PP molecules with the surface of nanotubes
