The process includes heating of Al2O3 in a divinyl-argon medium. In order to simplify the process and to reduce the consumption of divinyl, the heating is carried out at 300-500° in the presence of O2. The vol. ratio of divinyl-Ar-O2 used is 7.5:75:(0.5-3).
