Simplified technologies of producing active catalysts of oil distillate hydrorefining were developed by one- and two-stage impregnation. More simplified one-stage technology of impregnation envisaged use of impregnant solution containing ammonium paramolybdate, Co(Ni) salt and stabilizing agent (phosphoric acid). Use of two-stage technology of active component deposition increased activity of hydrorefining catalysts. The simplified two-stage technology of catalyst impregnation was free of intermediate calcination following Mo deposition. According to the technology Mo was deposited in the presence of activator. Choice of impregnation method resulted from combination of factors responsible for efficiency of catalyst manufacturing and application. Data on catalyst tests were presented.
