Реферат:
Our work is devoted to developing well reproducible methods for synthesis
of nanoscale TiO2 (rutile) with a high specific surface area and 100% yield of the target
phase. It was found that structural, textural and morphological properties of nanorutile depend
on the balance of interacting parameters of the synthesis.
It has been shown that all samples of nanorutile are characterized by a high specific surface
area. The highest results have been obtained for the samples synthesized at a ratio of
[Cl]/[Ti] = 4: ABET = 160 m2/g, VΣ = 0,2 cm3/g at 60 ºC and ABET = 190 m2/g, VΣ=0.18 cm3/g
at 90 ºC. The crystallite size of rutile increases with the medium acidity in the both cases a
low temperature and a high-temperature synthesis. Heterogeneous pore structure of rutile
powders including micro-, meso- and macropores was established.
