The effect is considered exerted by synthesis conditions and composition of complex oxide materials ABO(3+/-y) based on d metals (Mn, Co, etc.) with perovskite structure on their catalytic activity in CO and Il-heptane oxidation. The possibility of using such an empirical parameter as the content of active oxygen for prognosticating catalytic properties is evaluated. Neutron diffraction analysis was applied to determine the structure of the complex oxides and characteristics of particles of these materials.
