Abstract:
Conclusions
1. The stopped-flow method has been used in kinetic studies of a large number of oneelectron redox reactions of Keggin-structure HPAs, and it has been shown that the Marcus theory is applicable to such reactions.
2. It has been concluded that these reactions proceed through a mechanism of outersphere electron transfer and that there is no electronic isolation of the central atom in the HPAs.
