Abstract:
Data on properties of infra-red visualizers are presented. These devices use, as an active element, a thin oxide film, which is formed in alkali electrolyte on the surface of metal copper. The design of the visualizer offered is illustrated. The visualizer offered and a commercial visualizer are compared in terms of spectral response. The advantages of the new device are shown. Besides, several dependences are given. In particular, it is shown how intensity of response of both visualizers depends on infra-red radiation power of the laser.
