Abstract:
The reaction of Na with O in the Na/ZnO system proceeds with an activation energy of 70 kJ/mol and the formation of Na2O2 and Na2O. This suggests that metallic Na exists on the ZnO surface in a higher aggregated form than that of TiO2. The O pressure (PO) dependence of the electric conductivity of Na/ZnO on oxygen pressure
