Abstract:
The interaction of carbon oxides with copper-zinc oxide catalysts preactivated with H-2 is studied by the method of high-temperature in situ X-ray diffraction combined with chromatographic analysis of products. The mechanism of catalytic synthesis of methanol is proposed on the basis of the results obtained.
