Abstract:
The paper presents results of the elemental composition study of coarse and fine fractions of atmospheric aerosols by X-ray-fluorescence using synchrotron radiation, the excitation energy being 31 keV. The detection limits of the elements determined are at a level of 10 ng cm−2.
