Abstract:
Structural features and crystallization of the amorphous alloys Co80CrxMo10-xZr10 (x = 0, 10) were studied by EXAFS and high-velocity diffraction techniques. The additional shift of the peaks of F(r) obtained from the EXAFS data is explained by the asymmetry of the radial distribution function, which is connected with the degree of disorder of the amorphous structure. The effect of annealing on the structure of the amorphous alloys and the scheme of their crystallization were investigated.
