Abstract:
The effect of the nature of individual oxides of Fe, Cr, Mo, Al, Si, disulfides of Mo, W and conditions of methylisopropylidenimine interaction with SO2 on 4-methylthiazol formation have been studied. It is possible to accelerate the synthesis of 4-methylthiazol by Al and Si oxides having acid-base properties.
