Abstract:
Loss of whiteness of cement clinker is connected with the formation of clusters consisting of ions of iron present as an impurity when clinker is burned at high temperatures. With mechanical activation, the temperature of synthesis of minerals can be reduced by 200 K, and the appearance of clusters can be avoided. The whiteness of the clinker increases from 64-71 to 87-89% as a result of processing the charge in art AGO-3 planetary mill for 5-15 min.
