Abstract:
Conclusions:
1. Complex compounds of rhodium with, triisopropyl phosphite with composition RhClCO(P(iso-OC3H7)3)2 and [RhCl3COP(iso-OC3H7)3]2 were produced and characterized.
2. The31P-NMR spectra of the ligand and RhClCO[P(iso-OC3H7)3]2 were investigated, and it was shown that the ligand in the complex is readily hydrolyzed, evidently with the formation of products of the type of
O=PH(iso-OC3H7)2.
3. The complex RhCl(CO)[P(iso-OC3H7)3]2 catalyzes the dehydrogenation of formic acid in solutions and acts analogously to phosphine analogs.
