Abstract:
Photoadsorption of O on pure ZnO or on solid solutions of ZnO with Li2O or Al2O3 passes with a max. of quantum yield: on pure ZnO with a max. at 2.8 and on solid solutions at 2.0-2.5 eV. A photoadsorption mechanism is proposed which explains the spectral dependence of the quantum yields of O photoadsorption.
