Abstract:
The kinetics of adsorption of O on (110) face of Ni was studied by Auger electron spectroscopy and LEED method. The sticking coeff.-degree of coverage dependence and the formation of (2 × 1)-O, (3 × 1)-O, p(9 × 4), and NiO surface structures are discussed.
