Abstract:
IR and thermodesorption studies of the title systems (oxide catalysts) showed that C3H6 and CH2:CHCH2Br were adsorbed in the same ways: reversibly, as π-allyl and σ complexes and nonreversibly (carboxylates and formates); the spectral analyses were confirmed by studies with C3D6. The surface π-allyl complexes were converted into complexes of the type metal-OCH2CH:CH2.
