Abstract:
In MeOH conversion to hydrocarbons over pentasil zeolites with SiO2-Al2O3 ration (M) 38-200, no specific sites are responsible for coke formation. The character of these coke deposits depends on M. At M <50, low- and high-condensation coke forms, but only low-condensation coke forms at M 50-170.
