Abstract:
The x-ray synchrotron radiation of high intensity, wide spectral range, small angle divergency, and high polarizability was used to study the Ni/SiO2 and Ni/Al2O3 catalysts contg. <1 wt.% Ni. The shape and the intensity of the obtained emission lines depended on the dispersion grade of the investigated catalysts.
