Abstract: The nanocrystalline complex oxides were produced by mechanochemical activation for high exothermal reactions of barium peroxide with metals (Ti, Zr, Mo, Al, Sn, Si, Fe). Mechanochemically synthesized complex oxides were studied by X-ray diffraction and by electronic microscopy methods.
