Abstract:
The methodology for obtaining regular metal microstructures, forming a two-dimensional periodic lattice, has been considered with the aim of designing new IR-range elements. A semi-analytical solution of the problem of diffraction from regular microstructures showed that detectable IR-range plasmon resonances can be excited in them.
