Abstract: This study aims to reveal the ways of complex use of findings of levels of fatty acids (FA) of erythrocyte (Er) membranes and blood serum (BS) as well as electric, viscoelastic parameters of Er in diagnosis of pre-cancer and early stages of CRC.sis of pre-cancer and early stages of CRC. 65 patients with CRC (1-2 stages; 63.2+9.4 years), 25 patients with adenomatous polyps (AP), 35 relatively healthy subjects were included into the study. Studies of composition of Er FA and BS were conducted using the GC/MS Agilent 7000B (USA) systems. Studies of electric, viscoelastic parameters of Er were conducted using the method of dielectrophoresis within the frequency range of 0.5х104-106 and application of electrooptic system of cell detection. The SHAP charts were used to build the combined models; the charts demonstrate the importance of the use of the features applied in the models or the degree of impact of certain predictors on the target variable [3]. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1002/ueg2.12144
