Abstract: Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics continues developing accelerating structures for the millimeter wavelength range (also called millimeter structures). This paper provides a detailed description of a millimeter wavelength structure design consisting of individual resonators with an operating frequency of about 85 GHz. A description of the production technological features of such a structure from the stage of cavity manufacturing up to soldering is given. The results of the first experiment with an accelerated electron beam through this millimeter structure, implemented at the SKIF (Siberian Circular Photon Source) linear accelerator test stand, are presented. The results demonstrate the functionality of the millimeter structure of this design for further experiments with charged particle beams.
