Abstract: An information measuring system for studying surface phenomena by the thermodesorption technique is described. The temperature of the sample under study is controlled in a wide dynamic range (from 70 to 1500 K) in steps of 0.06 K. The applicability of the proposed algorithm to the control of the sample temperature in the process of temperature-programmed desorption is demonstrated. A technique for determining the parameters of the control law is described.
