Abstract: The lecture considers cases when it is possible to increase the selectivity of reactions by carrying them out under conditions of a non-stationary state of the catalyst. Special attention will be paid to the definition of the conditions for the kinetic experiment in a laboratory set up. Will be considered criteria to establish reaction conditions where external or internal (pore) diffusion does not effects on the plug-flow fixed bed reactor performance.
