Реферат:
Results of investigation of optical proprties of soda lime glass with surface layer modified by the surface ion exchange paste (SIEP) and covered the thin gold layer (5-50 nm thick) are presented. The special morphological feature of the modified surface layer of glass substrate is a system of microblocks (50-150 microns in size) and microcracks (100-200 nm wide). Such structure of the glass surface layer determines optical properties of investigated glass samples with or without the thin gold surface layer - scattered light spectral characteristics, their angle dependences, light losses characteristics, the depolarization degree dependence on the surface gold layer thickness. Obtained results are compared with analogous data for the smooth no modified glass substrate, for the chemical etched glass. Presented results may be of interest and useful of the technical application of glasses, illuminating engineering and light glass decoration
