Изобретение относится к способу получения нитродифениламинов общей формулы
где нитро-группа может находиться в орто-, мета- или пара-положении относительно анилинового фрагмента. Способ заключается во взаимодействии анилина с нитрогалогенбензолами общей формулы C6H4(NO2)X, где X=Cl, Br, I, при температуре 100-200°C с одновременной азеотропной отгонкой воды в присутствии углеводородного растворителя, дающего азеотроп с водой, и подходящей температурой кипения, в присутствии основания и катализатора, приготавливаемого из соединений меди(I) или (II) и солей 1,3-диалкилимидазолия общей формулы
где R1, R2 - линейные или разветвленные алкильные заместители C1-C10 , An- - анион неорганической кислоты, как в среде исходного анилина, так и в отсутствие такового. При этом катализатор готовят путем прямого взаимодействия соединения меди и соли имидазолия 2 при температуре 120-300°C. Способ позволяет получать целевые нитродифениламины с высокими селективностью и выходом.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nitrodiphenylamines of general formula , where the nitro group can be in the ortho-, meta- or para-position relative an aniline moiety. The method involves reacting aniline with nitrohalobenzenes of general formula C6H4(NO2)X, where X = Cl, Br, I, at temperature of 100-200°C with simultaneous azeotropic distillation of water in the presence of a hydrocarbon solvent which forms an azeotrope with water and a suitable boiling point, in the presence of a base and a catalyst prepared from copper (I) and (II) compounds and 1,3-dialkylimidazolium salts of general formula , where R1, R2 are linear or branched alkyl substitutes C1-C1 0, An‐ is an anion of an inorganic acid in both the medium of the starting aniline and without. The catalyst is prepared by directly reacting the copper compound and the imidazolium 2 salt at temperature of 120- 300°C.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain desired nitrodiphenylamines with high selectivity and output.
