Реферат:
By means of polarized KCu XANES we have received a direct evidence that the radiative defects in Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4 superconductor caused by He+ ions ( E=1,2MeV ) are placed off the CuO2 plane. The charge redistribution in the CuONd(Ce) chains due to the oxygen displacement in irradiated films is essential for superconductivity destruction.
