Реферат:
Copper chromite is an active low-temperature catalyst for oxidation and conversion of carbon monoxide
by water vapor. The activity of a catalyst is largely determined by the chemisorption properties and structure
of its surface. In recent years the IR spectroscopy of adsorbed molecules [1, 2] has been successfully applied
in the surface-structure studies of the oxide systems. The surface properties of copper chromite have received
only a very limited study. Only one paper is known [3] which is devoted to studying the interaction of carbon
monoxide with the copper chromite surface by IR spectroscopy in a small temperature range. The purpose of
the present work is to study by IR spectroscopy the adsorption forms of oxygen, carbon monoxide, and water
on the copper chromite surface treated in a variety of ways
