Реферат: A detailed mechanism of ethylene oxidation by Pd(NOn)CIL2 complexes (n=2,3; L=CD3CN) in a chloroform-acetic acid nmixture is studied by 1H N M R spectroscopy. The end reaction products are ethyleneglycol monoacetate (EGMA), acetaldehyde, nitroethylene and compounds with the general formula CH3-CHXY (X, Y = OH, OAc, Cl, NO2), whose ratio depends upon the solvent composition. Kinetic and spectral data obtained indicate the formation of a number of intermediates. The structure and routes of decomposition of the intermediates to EGMA and other reaction products are suggested.
