Реферат:
High-temperature interactions (at T= 473 K) of C1-C4 alkanes, alkenes, and alkynes with the surfaces of CuO and Cu2O were studied by means of IR spectroscopy. These compounds were found to undergo destructive adsorption with the predominant formation of surface formates and carboxylates. The spectral characteristics and thermal stability of the newly formed surface compounds depend on the nature of an initial compound (its saturation degree) and on the type and reduction degree of copper oxide. The rates of thermal decomposition of surface compounds were measured in situ by IR spectroscopic techniques. Direct experimental observations support the conclusion made previously that the formates are intermediate surface compounds in reactions of complete oxidation of hydrocarbons.
